Pros

Front Office Coordinator (in express office), good job.

Cons

As far as staffing goes, they hardly place people. you'll go in for an interview and they wont place you anywhere. You have to call every week, and we will mark you available, but the staffing consultants never placed any of the people that I put on the list. The location that I worked for was a complete nightmare, nobody would ever understand unless they worked in the position; it's THAT unbelievable. They use the same temp people over and over again and talk badly about EVERYONE that comes into the office. Drama, immature gossiping among owners and staff. There were racial comments made about multiple people, and discrimination in many other ways as well. Not enough pay for the work that I was doing, pretty much handled ALL office functions- everything except for interviewing, and regardless of how well I did my job I was constantly treated badly

Pros

The owner, Jessica, is fantastic as is the sales manager, Kirby. It can be a fun environment and putting people in a position to succeed is always rewarding.

Cons

Employees are not held to any sort of reasonable professional standard. Where it directly impacted this role at the time was that at least 25 hours every week were spent essentially begging employees to turn in time cards rather than doing anything productive. Standards seemed pretty inconsistent at times. The company felt a little aimless. There were several conflicting plans for the future. My understanding is that in the six months after my separation, they more or less replaced the entire staff for various reasons. Maybe they got it figured out now.
