Pros

They find jobs that come very close to your location and availability.

Cons

The initial communication was somewhat off. Somehow an e-mail was never received and they didn't follow up with me. So a few months after I personally went to their offices and asked if they had any leads regarding my application submission. Only then they said they never received my e-mail reply so they were still waiting on me. Also, I've asked several times to let me know of other opportunities since my current contract will come soon to a layoff due to the holidays. I just keep getting the same answer. They still don't know when the layoff will start and that in the worse case scenario I can just collect unemployment.

Pros

The owner, Jessica, is fantastic as is the sales manager, Kirby. It can be a fun environment and putting people in a position to succeed is always rewarding.

Cons

Employees are not held to any sort of reasonable professional standard. Where it directly impacted this role at the time was that at least 25 hours every week were spent essentially begging employees to turn in time cards rather than doing anything productive. Standards seemed pretty inconsistent at times. The company felt a little aimless. There were several conflicting plans for the future. My understanding is that in the six months after my separation, they more or less replaced the entire staff for various reasons. Maybe they got it figured out now.
