Pros

There really are not any Pro's except if you work there it teaches you how to deal with a horrible working environment.

Cons

NO TRAINING...Owners (who are husband & wife who are in a constant power struggle) beat you down constantly, in front of staff, in private, in emails and text messages!! NO LUNCH BREAK - NO HEALTH INSURANCE OR BENEFITS!!! You must work overtime but you are salary so no extra pay, but if you miss an hour of work they deduct. (Even if you worked late!!) In the daily meetings the wife is swearing at the staff (using the F word constantly). You can't ask any questions as their famous line is "that's not making us any money now get back on the phones and start dialing for dollars" This is a job where you sit at the desk pounding out soliciting calls all day long - Nothing more. They treat you like a number and they treat you like garbage. Good luck on getting the great commission. It is set up to where everything has to be run by them before doing anything so then you never get your commission because if they are involved it doesn't count. They will sit over you and watch your every move.

Pros

The owner, Jessica, is fantastic as is the sales manager, Kirby. It can be a fun environment and putting people in a position to succeed is always rewarding.

Cons

Employees are not held to any sort of reasonable professional standard. Where it directly impacted this role at the time was that at least 25 hours every week were spent essentially begging employees to turn in time cards rather than doing anything productive. Standards seemed pretty inconsistent at times. The company felt a little aimless. There were several conflicting plans for the future. My understanding is that in the six months after my separation, they more or less replaced the entire staff for various reasons. Maybe they got it figured out now.
