* Discrimination between different university graduates , for example if you ar GUC , AUC or German school graduate you will get different level of payment , but if you are a local university graduate you will be paid as a lower degree of payment even if you do the same job as the other colleague from AUC or GUC does which is the worst part at this company * Also many of project leaders are extremely trash , they are so toxic and lake professionalism with all aspects , and when you escalate you are blamed you never escalated earlier but still nothing changes .
