Incredible benefits! Quality, affordable medical insurance, 401k, wellness reimbursement, travel reimbursement, plenty of PTO, etc. They have fresh food cooked daily for breakfast and lunch, available for purchase. They also have free food, such as yogurt cups, cheese sticks, and shelf-stable fruits available to all employees. The benefits keep many of us here. I will say, have had two supervisors so far, and they’ve each been great. Very understanding, yet motivating. I haven’t yet met a supervisor who didn’t value their supervisees.

The main digital platforms we use do not function efficiently, which makes a noticeable impact on our work. On a perfect day, you’ll still spend 8-12 minutes per hour waiting on load screens, but we have experienced days in which the sites were down for about 6 hours within an 8 hour day. AI is taking over the job of many employees, and while we’re told to embrace it, it’s difficult to do so when you could walk in any day and be told to pack your things.
