      Vision is great and Essilor cares for employees. Sustainability of the company is good, long term vision of this company to bring vision to poor will drive both people and company growth. Very good balance between social and business model

      Very complex structure, though its very big company, organisation is very complex and sometimes its bottleneck in many aspects of productivity and people growth.

      Horrible base salary Horrible culture Discriminatory Was not impressed by Leadership team Seemed very arrogant but most unprofessional group of people I've ever witnessed in my 25+ year career Cult like Training program was like boot camp and trainers were unprofessional, had cliques, and were insulting These people are brainwashed If you are not brainwashed you don't fit in If you don't drink their cool aid they do everything in their power to discredit your abilities and let you go I have PTSD from my short time there They are brow beaters and not encouraging
