      Pros

      Management Training Staff Culture Family, and closeknit feel Work Life Balance Forward thinking ATOS have left us alone Loads of work to do Big customers we have won from competitors who are no longer a force in the ServiceNow Market

      Cons

      I really can't think of any as I left a toxic firm for something for more refreshing and rewarding..

      Pros

      flexible life / work balance no one is trying to get you to be burnt out. in my instance time off is good. encourage uptraining and pay for it.

      Cons

      Sometimes holding on to a broken leg too long sometimes. Pay isn't above Avg New hires PTO is not massive. I mean whose medical benefits are great anymore. not a lot of time allotted for uptraining meaning it gets lost in the day to day stuff of work sometimes.

      We are a growing division of a larger company specializing in ServiceNow. Really good leadership and building out a good structure.

      No cons so far. Really good fair company.
