      Pros

      Here you have convenient and easy work. Working for the office of student development allows you to do your hw while at work.

      Cons

      There's a limit on the number of hours you can work and sometimes your schedule can get confusing. You'll only work every other friday or every 1st, 3rd, and 4th Friday. Sometimes the people you're working for can act a little anal as well.
