Steer clear of this company!! - Sales Consultant Elis Employee Review

No sales managers so you are looked after general managers that have no clue of the sales structure. Pushy on sales and dont give you the correct tools to support you. You are left to your own devices with no help. You get passed around like a yoyo as they have so many systems that everyone works too. This is the worst job i have ever had and would recommend you steer clear of these. Always posting for new recruits as the footfall of staff coming and going is ridiculous.
