Shockingly bad company - Manager Elis Employee Review

Management promises never materialised left short staffed, dangerous equipment being operated with potential to kill workers and all company was interested in was getting the stock out regardless how badly the staff were treated. Senior management content with covering up illegal workers to get the job done. Ancient machinery constantly breaking down with no contingency plan for breakdowns. A culture of no training or health and safety I am surprised that the company are still in operation.
