      Good multinational company to start with. Work culture is good, work life balance. Lots of employees engagement events throughout the year.

      Cons

      Salary growth is stagnant. But frequent layoffs in every 5 years.

      Lower and middle management does their best, but their efforts are generally limited completely by the corporate culture of profit over everything.

      Cons

      BLN used to be a small, family owned firm but now after several mergers and acquisitions, it's essentially a French-owned Blackrock type firm.
