1.Silent layoff is going on in EPAM systems in 2025. those who are on bench they are asking to leave organization. they don't have long term projects. 2. Project duration are very less 2 month,3 month,6 month then again you are bench ,prepare for interview for other project. 3, regularly put on bench

Thank you for your review. We are glad you are enjoying the learning opportunities we are able to provide for our employees. However, we're disappointed you are having a negative experience while between projects at EPAM. We utilize the time between project assignments as a way for employees to continue their professional growth. Your resource manager should be able to provide guidance, but it is still up to individuals to upskill, prepare for project interviews and advance their career through networking, peer feedback and learning opportunities. We are always here to support our employees with the resources they need to grow with us. Please reach out to discuss specific questions or additional feedback we can use to improve this process Glassdoor@epam.com. Thank you.

Pros

Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

Cons

Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
