      Great company to start your career. Have a lot of training courses, learning abilities. You can get unique experience with systems you would never know exists otherwise. As a big outsource provider company sell services to a large state of art consumers. Great chance to get experience how is enterprise IT world is live and you personal ticket to be an enterprise IT professional.

      Cons

      The company is outsource giant. That means it will always serve the customer success, and you personal success as far as it is inline with success of the company and company's customers. If you want to have start-up, working with company that a really product owner, want to make strategic decisions, want to implement your ideas instead of implementing others for a money - you may consider to choose another company.

      Pros

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
