Pros

Can't think of any !

Cons

No growth either in terms of career or salary! Absolutely nothing. They will pay you in peanuts while billing the customer decently. Every year at review time they will ask for customer feedback. No matter how positive the feedback is it will make no difference to your growth. Ask for a pay rise and you will have the best roller coaster ride of your life. The best part is, they kept deferring Work Place Pension as long as they could (and was advertised with such emails as they were the pioneers !!) and will pay in equivalent to a few pints of beer ! You will be lying in a corner working at a client location forgotten, You will receive emails about their "drinker's club", poker etc.. social night out and how much fun they have. They try to keep you diverted with all this stuff.

Pros

You get exposure to the very latest technology, and the company is implementing it in impactful, real-world ways. Even if you're not in a tech role, you naturally build deeper understanding in the latest technologies that you may never get exposure to at other companies. Truly global. Even for employees not in global roles, you still get good visibility into the company's global scale and impact.

Cons

Too much process around approvals which reduces speed of execution. Asked to step-up but then insufficient support provided. Two-faced behaviors of managers has become acceptable.
