      - Great opportunities to grow. - Nice salary. - Additional benefits such as: bonuses, team buildings, salary, etc.

      Cons

      - Promotion was frozen for a long period of time. It was an impediment to apply for more positions. - Be aware when you don't have assignation, you might be seen as a non-profitable resource, even though you participate in many different activities.

      Pros

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
