Cons

Problem in Management. No projects. Fire policy for on bench people. In my case, I was on bench for 4 months. Appeared in many client interviews with more than 90% success rates. But not selected. Clients are also not cleared about the technologies, Their requirement is different and their interviews are different. They seek ways to put employees on PDP and then fire. They lie to you, they will ask you for internal technical assessment and then they will put you on PDP. If you will decline their meetings, they will escalate you and will say that you have defy company;s policies. There is no option upload the images else I was uploaded all the evidences here to prevent others from this company. If you are on bench they deduct more salary on the name of Taxes.

Pros

You get exposure to the very latest technology, and the company is implementing it in impactful, real-world ways. Even if you're not in a tech role, you naturally build deeper understanding in the latest technologies that you may never get exposure to at other companies. Truly global. Even for employees not in global roles, you still get good visibility into the company's global scale and impact.

Cons

Too much process around approvals which reduces speed of execution. Asked to step-up but then insufficient support provided. Two-faced behaviors of managers has become acceptable.
