They have projects but open only for europian location, europian employees get 10 client apportunities, but people in India are fired with1 client interview without any feedback.
They are much more reckless in spoiling someone's carrier than any Indian company, imagine you working somewhere and joined this place for good opportunity, and they played with you for 2 months and then terminate you.
