Pros

- Clients include a lot of large well-known companies and in some cases this implies interesting projects. - The majority of employees are smart and easy going people. - Low competition in middle management, chances of rapid career development up to Director level. - The C-level execs know what they are doing. They grew up one of the biggest and most profitable businesses with East European roots. - The business model is very profitable.

Cons

- The main focus of the company in the US is to quickly satisfy clients' demand in workforce if they want to contract out a project. - After you are assigned to a client's project, the management forgets about your existence. - An average employee stays 2-3 years awaiting for the green card and leaves as soon he/she is authorized to work for another company. - Compensation mostly correlates with employment authorization status, not the real performance. Way below the market. - Employees quickly become demotivated and depressed.

Pros

You get exposure to the very latest technology, and the company is implementing it in impactful, real-world ways. Even if you're not in a tech role, you naturally build deeper understanding in the latest technologies that you may never get exposure to at other companies. Truly global. Even for employees not in global roles, you still get good visibility into the company's global scale and impact.

Cons

Too much process around approvals which reduces speed of execution. Asked to step-up but then insufficient support provided. Two-faced behaviors of managers has become acceptable.
