Pros
Good and stable company. Different interesting (and not interesting) projects and customers. Really good place to start and rise IT skills. You can learn a lot in internal trainings.
Cons
Almost no salary increasing. Really slow career growth. Often there is no good financial motivation to work hard and grow in professional skills. Very rare bonuses and they are almost independent of the success of the project. Open space. Newbie often gets more bonuses than specialist with 7 + years of work in the company.
