      - Good office - Large internal learning network - Plenty of different projects

      Cons

      - Low compensation comparing to the market - Company is not much interested in your growth, since they already sell you as an experienced engineer, no matter your level is. So the higher your grade is, the less profit they get for you. - Department managers more interested in earnings, than in their staff

      Pros

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      - A lot of opportunities to learn and enhance your skills; - Clients are top companies, so you're exposed to the best experiences; - Great benefits and insurance.

      Cons

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
