      1)Good company for learning new technologies 2)Implements the new technologies and maintains the best coding standards 3)If you are under right manager gets the good internal hikes also based on your performance

      Cons

      1)Uncertainty is more, you never know when you will be fired 2)If you come to bench and if you don't find the next project that's it. Internal project interviews also will be taken by Russians since it is Russian based company, with higher expectation and sometimes simply to reject.

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
