      Pros

      Flexible hours, Good working conditions, Managers are used to listen to your opinion. Career opportunities. EPAM tends to use modern technologies and techniques. There are less manager than tech-guys in contradistinction to... let's say another company.

      Cons

      Java occupied EPAM totally. There only few project on dotnet. Not the best offices I've ever seen. No (or very tiny) parking.

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
