      Have some of the best clients and projects in the city with huge multi companies. Good general level of expertise in the teams.

      Cons

      Few opportunities to grow as a senior. Wages are fine but they could be much better. The company always bargains hard, not easy to get a meaningful raise.

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
