      Leading edge technological projects if you are software engineer, low attrition (one of the lowest in the market), great skills in CIS and Eastern Europe, management that cares about its employees. Opportunities to move across accounts and relocate.

      Cons

      Company is still very much like a family with start up mood, so some more rigidity in processes and transparency is required (e.g. HR).
