      Pros

      Just thinking what is good in my 4 months of tenure found nothing. Only Global EPAM Brand, but missing in India

      Cons

      Firing...Firing...Firing No Good Projects Work Environment is completely polluted and people are waiting for their turn to get fired. No Proper Plan for future. No Projects in Pipeline. Still Old AGS projects. Has a culture of Speaking about Engineer Excellence with Certified Microsoft Excel Managers.

These projects use latest technologies like Micro Services, PCF, AWS, Azure, NoSQL, Test Automation using JAVA Selenium, Performance Testing for HYBRIS etc. We have expanded operations and opened a new centre in Pune. We are also building Robotic Process Automation, Machine Learning & Artificial Intelligence competency in India. • EPAM believes in engineering culture that can differentiate from other services company and we are putting all efforts to build this culture in India.

      Pros

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
