      Salary increases are modest and not always competitive with market rates, especially for long-term employees. Bench periods can be stressful due to the policy around project allocation and potential risks. Some bureaucracy in processes and decision-making, which can slow down daily work. Limited rapid career growth without switching projects frequently.

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
