Pros

Friendly environment, good benefits, good work-life balance

Cons

Simple things might get a long time to get done because of corporate structure. The work was not really challenging, I did not feel like I was learning a lot.

Pros

The work can be challenging but also fulfilling at the same time and many opportunities and resources to learn. The pay and benefits are a little above average.

Cons

The culture has adversely changed where it used to be cooperative but now it is more cut-throat and many things are not communicated properly and an imbalance of responsibility and accountability which is causing conflict. There are many "exceptions".
