Working remote is great. The paycheck keeps on coming in so there's that overall.
Cons
Poor bonus structure. Disorganization and a "but weve always done it this way" mentality which is hard to change. Not a place for someone that is just entering the workforce to go to as it will leave a bad impression quickly.

The work can be challenging but also fulfilling at the same time and many opportunities and resources to learn. The pay and benefits are a little above average.
Cons
The culture has adversely changed where it used to be cooperative but now it is more cut-throat and many things are not communicated properly and an imbalance of responsibility and accountability which is causing conflict. There are many "exceptions".
