      They are fast pace growing company. Great location. Some very skilled people in the direction Opportunities for young staff

      Cons

      Not an engineer company, more a technician company working within the system Lots of subcontractors in their integrated business model Not developping expertise, purchasing it I know a lot of people that left the company because they were not paid enough

      Pros

      The work can be challenging but also fulfilling at the same time and many opportunities and resources to learn. The pay and benefits are a little above average.

      Cons

      The culture has adversely changed where it used to be cooperative but now it is more cut-throat and many things are not communicated properly and an imbalance of responsibility and accountability which is causing conflict. There are many "exceptions".
