Pros

Good co-workers. Company is very large with lots of potential to learn many aspects of the industry. If you are at the end of your career its a nice place to kick back and retire if you drink enough cool-aid and can stand it.

Cons

Zin(CEO) does not trust his managers to make decisions and foster innovation. He seems to have an unwritten 10% cap on salary increases even when an employee is transferred or promoted which is seldom. Managers do not feel they have a stake in the success of the company since there is little room to make any decisions regarding employee growth, etc. Instead of being CEO and looking at the big picture the CEO is involved in everything from low level salary increases, employee expenses, to employee phone allowances based on title and not need. There is very little personal growth and this environment is stagnant and creates a "yes man" culture so you don't upset the applecart. I would not recommend this company to someone fresh out of school as it could give them the wrong impression of what corporate America is all about.

Pros

The work can be challenging but also fulfilling at the same time and many opportunities and resources to learn. The pay and benefits are a little above average.

Cons

The culture has adversely changed where it used to be cooperative but now it is more cut-throat and many things are not communicated properly and an imbalance of responsibility and accountability which is causing conflict. There are many "exceptions".
