Pros

Incredible client list in a dynamic emerging industry. Hard working and dedicated workers and front line and middle managers who care about their clients.

Cons

Executive team is short term focused, little strategy beyond grow revenue and find buyer for company. Not interested in investing to build solid business foundation. Looking good is more important than being good. Deep problems are ignored or blamed on scapegoats. Lack of finance system means company does not know which clients or products are profitable - worst is executive team does not care. They will get their big payouts and titles and move on, leaving a company full of missed opportunities.

At ENGIE, transparency and fairness in rewards are essential priorities, and we are glad that our employees know and understand the elements of their compensation through our pay transparency policy. We also take your comments regarding the competitiveness of the bonus payout structure seriously. Your feedback is highly valuable as we regularly analyze our compensation programs to remain competitive within the industry. Sincerely, The ENGIE Team

Pros

The work can be challenging but also fulfilling at the same time and many opportunities and resources to learn. The pay and benefits are a little above average.

Cons

The culture has adversely changed where it used to be cooperative but now it is more cut-throat and many things are not communicated properly and an imbalance of responsibility and accountability which is causing conflict. There are many "exceptions".
