      i feel like there is a lot af team work,i feel like we are a family here we all work very well together and can call upon each other if need be

      as a manager never have time for self,the hours are very long and work very late at night,wor most holidays and weekends,

      Pros

      Really easy to make management look incompetent.

      Cons

      Below market pay. Promotions/Raises based on favoritism/prejudice rather than performance or reliability. No benefits. No holidays off. No PTO. No said sick days. Company retaliate's for taking Workers Comp or paying reimbursement for gas mileage/supplies out of pocket. Condescending and incompetent management.
