Pros

PTO and good Medical benefits

Cons

Low pay, EXTREMELY HIGH CALL VOLUMES, a lot of fraud, very angry customers, not a good job for your mental health, management doesn't care about you not having a second to breathe in between each call, very little ability to help customers with their account issues, most times you're told all of the things you can't do for a customer leaving you to be CONSTANTLY cursed out. Team Leads don't care how taxing it is to be frontline taking all of the heat for the company's short comings. I could literally go on for days! Looking for a new job now!

There are still great employees working at Discover despite looming layoffs due to Capital One acquisition.

Cons

Morale is at an all-time low, integration with Capital One has caused significant anxiety and confusion.

Its a great place to work. A little challenging with the recent changes. Tuition reimbursment, insurance paid time off. Yearly bonus.

Cons

Its collections the call flow process.
