Pros
The PTO and worklife balance is the outstanding. That has been in place for years and continues to hold strong. The CEO is strong.
Cons
The new Technology Sr Leadership is a disaster. The Human Resources overall leadership is even worse. There is a huge disconnect on vision, execution and communication that started once Amir arrived that I fear can’t be repaired.
