Pros
Friendly, respectful culture within IT. Treating others courteously, professionally, and respectfully is a strong value that is strongly reinforced at all levels of the organization. Both profitability and respect for staff are top values. Most companies sacrifice either staff or fiscal responsibility.
Cons
Vp level is usually forthcoming, but director level management rarely communicates well.
