Pros
Benefits are great, in most teams I've had good experiences with management and the work is interesting
Cons
Pay is undermarket, HR is ineffective when complaints are filed for bullying and misconduct. My current team leader and her manager are bullies who take on too much work and then blame their employees when it's not completed it time. The worst people I've ever worked with. My entire team is constantly stressed and frustrated. We've gone to HR multiple times for a hostile work environment and we're going on 3 years now of the same exact problems.
