Honestly, Discover was such a wonderful place to work. The culture was really good. I’ve always enjoyed every team I was on and I worked alongside some amazing people who were always willing to collaborate.
Cons
Pay definitely could have been more competitive. I’ve seen similar roles in other companies pay way more.
