Amazing people to work with. Internal mobility was strong.

Cons

After the merger with Capital One, there has been a noticeable culture shift. Legacy Discover employees have not been given the same opportunities as Legacy Capital One employees and have been left off of critical decision making. Capital Ones performance management system creates an environment of hyper competitive nature, where 360 feedback will make or break you. Performance and coaching opportunities are not invested in improving but rather a way to knock you down vs. building you up.
