So I did the same as HR told me. Now, Before 2 days of joining date I asked him what documents need to carried at the time of joining, on which he said we need more documents without which your joining can not happen. Here there was no HR initiative as it was his work where as on top of that he was asking me the document at the time of joining. And without document your joining wont happen. I was shocked and surprised. I asked them why you didn't intimated it before. Don't trust HR of this company.
