Pros

Flat structure, low level of mgmt control that invites and motivates for bringing your own ideas to the table, and actively take part in development process of different projects. You will instantly be welcomed into the company's very warm and open culture - whether you're the new intern or sales director! Designit will further try to get the optimum from your set of competencies, so you will get room for developing in many areas and trying out different tasks. Besides, on the social level, Designit is a great place to work - 2 annual company trips abroad for all Designit offices, and parties as well as inspiration sessions almost on a weekly basis.

Cons

Generally, I haven't had any negative experiences working with Designit as an intern and later as a student employee.

Pros

I've had the pleasure of working at Designit for 3 years, and it has been an incredibly fulfilling experience. The company truly values creativity, collaboration, and personal growth. The leadership team is supportive, and they actively encourage open communication and fresh ideas. The work environment is inclusive, with a real focus on work-life balance. If you're looking for a company that invests in its people, promotes creativity, and gives you the freedom to grow, I highly recommend Designit!

Pros

The work is remote -- that's a plus. And while this company doesn't pay all its bills, so far my paycheck has always arrived on time (knock on wood). That's a ridiculously low bar to set, but after a few years at Designit (if you last that long) you'll be impressed that they clear it.

Cons

Where do I even start? This agency is in complete free fall. The larger company that bought us out (Wipro) has lost us one marquee client, caused a rift with others, and gutted our staff. The Wipro team is incompetent, reckless, rude, and fundamentally incapable of right-sizing any business, including & especially their own. I doubt Designit will ever hire anyone again -- those of us still here don't imagine this place will still exist in a year -- but if you're in the market, look elsewhere. There's no institutional support, no growth potential, or really any future for Designit at all. Everyone I know here is covertly and actively seeking other opportunities.
