      Middle managers are empowered, and have all means to operate & develop their activity & team Top management delivers a clear vision, long term plans give perspective Good balance between structure tools & processes and room for innovation & change

      Some of the centralized support functions start to suffer from usual cons linked to the the size of the group (10,000 pax)

      Good pay and benefits. Moderately Easy work. 40 minute break, sick time, etc

      Cons

      Basically everyone is a little baby and has the work ethic and mentality of a McDonald's worker.
