      - It is challenging to get project team members to allocate a lot of time on projects, its feasible if one plans many months in advance - Projects move slowly which is the way it is in most large companies

      Good pay and benefits. Moderately Easy work. 40 minute break, sick time, etc

      Cons

      Basically everyone is a little baby and has the work ethic and mentality of a McDonald's worker.
