Pros
Your experience varies depending on project team assigned to (Which you have near 0 choice). First rotation experience was good, as working level team dynamics were good, good learning experience too.
Cons
Zero choice in your project assignments - If you perform well, you get more work or higher responsibilities for no pay increment usually. Because I performed well in first project, was initially "asked" if I was keen to take up a higher role to help a project in trouble (Was not given a choice in the end). Only 1.5% salary increment after 3+years
