      Great culture that has been built into the company over 50 years. Global company with amazing opportunities. Great benefit including PTO package.

      Cons

      Current leadership team is invisible. Lack of vision, clarity or understanding of business. New CEO is not involved at all in the company and prefers to work with parent bank. Compliance.
