Business Outlook
Pros
- Work From Home for majority of positions - health benefits are decent - vacation & PTO are good but I have seen better when researching other companies
Cons
- Pay is VERY low especially for the crazy workload - Constantly give additional responsibilities - job descriptions are very generic and management will use this to try to excuse adding unreasonable workloads - No flexibility on when work gets done - very much a micromanaged environment (in various departments) - Departments don't work together which is an added stress to your day - Management is unprofessional, with bullying mentality
