      Pros

      DLL genuinely care about their staff and offer lots of little perks i.e. they buy lunch for the whole company on the last Friday of the month, free fruit, can be flexible depending on role/ department and the all of the hierarchy are really approachable

      Cons

      Not the highest payers. Occasionally certain departments aren't very proactive or helpful but you'll get that anywhere. In the grand scheme of things the good far outweighs the bad so I would still definitely recommend DLL

      Great company, member centric, tough business - lots of options internally - have to be connected

      Constant change, tough for someone who wants no change for dedcades

      Work from home and flexible.

      Cons

      Outsourcing jobs. They need to keep jobs here in America it really isn't fair and they need to think of their employees.
