      Pros

      Great work atmosphere. Everyone is friendly and the managers are great. They pride themselves on career development and allow a clear progression plan for your career. The benefits are great as well.

      Cons

      The job itself can be morally taxing at times dealing with upset customers, but management acknowledges this and is there to support you.
