      Pros

      The company appears to truly care for its employees, following a more European model where employee satisfaction and care is of high priority. I truly enjoyed the position and people there.

      Cons

      Office decor can be a bit on the impersonal side, with people being able to sit wherever they'd like and with personal effects discouraged.
