Pros
Nice and friendly people, great facilities. Good benefits, excluding salary.
Cons
If you’re even a minute late from your break (and this at a white collar job!), you are questioned by your manager. Micro-managing. Poor salaries. No bonuses expect for management. A lot of this modern hazzle and dazzle about how it’s a great place to work and how we’re all just a one big happy family, whereas I believe the majority of employees just finds this ”culture” ironic and laughs at it.
