- promotes teamspirit, learn a lot of information, international knowledge and working environment
Cons
recently, under the costs presure, the salaries are very low but the work volume triple, the company does not care anymore for it senior employees that are with the company for maybe more than 20 years; due to the costs, people with no experience are preffered to the specialists; this means the service quality for customers are not so important anymore and this is a pitty.
